what a great (long) day! decided at 7.30 this mornin to do this.me and paul met keith and a couple of ace of spades on t'lancs. left ours at 9.15,paul set of at 8.45. rode through the tunnel and on to ruthin for a stop and some fuel. then keith decided we should get some dinner at BALA LAKE! had some chips,rode down to the lake and then set off up to the ponderosa (mountain!?) had an hour there then down to llangollen for a stop off for fuel and then off to wrexham and back via frodsham/runcorn/st helens. home at 6.45. all good apart from a bit of trouble with pauls s2..think the deisel incident is taking its toll!
all in all ive just worked out i did about 190 miles and paul 215 miles not bad for a last minute sunday jaunt!
